Anthea TurnerAnthea Turner (born May 25, 1960) is a British television personality. She became famous presenting the children's television show Blue Peter. She then moved on to presenting the ITV morning television show GMTV, as well as the first National Lottery draw in 1994 and the ITV travel show Wish You Were Here...?. She appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2001 and was the third to be evicted. Her private life has made her a tabloid staple. She was married to the British DJ Peter Powell and was romantically involved with British DJ Bruno Brookes. In 1998 her now husband, Grant Bovey, left his wife, Della, for her, then reconciled, then left again. Grant and Anthea married in August 2000. Anthea received more bad publicity, after photographs of the wedding reception (published in OK! magazine) showed her (apparently) publicizing a new chocolate bar.
