Ansegisel

Ansegisel, or Duke Angiese, was the son of Arnulf of Metz and his wife Doda. Duke Ansgise was Mayor of the Palace in Austrasia in 632. He served Sigbert, son of King Dagobert, who ruled 629-639. He married after 639 Begue (St Begga), the daughter of Pippin of Landen, and had children:
