Andrew Oikonny is the evil nephew of Andross, the main villain of the Star Fox series of video games. Andrew is usually regared as a whiny brat by fans of the Star Fox series. He flew for Star Wolf during the time that the team was employed by Andross. For some unexplained reason, Wolf O'Donnell kicked Andrew off of Star Wolf sometime after the fall of Andross. Andrew eventually builds up enough courage and rallies Andross's troops into staging a rebellion against the Cornerians in . After being defeated by Fox McCloud, Andrew is killed by an Aparoid.
