Amici (Crater)Amici is a lunar impact crater that is located on the rugged far side of the Moon. It lies to the south of the larger Icarus crater, to the north of McKellar crater. The rim of Amici has been eroded and distorted by subsequent impacts, so that is now has a somewhat polygonal shape. It has a valley at the southern end that extends toward the satellite crater 'Amici M'. The interior floor has no notable impact formations, but is pock-marked by tiny craterlets. Satellite craters By convention these features are identified on Lunar maps by placing the letter on the side of the crater mid-point that is closest to Amici crater. | idth="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Latitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Longitude | width="25%" style="background:#eeeeee;" |Diameter | | lign="center"|M | align="center"|11.8° S | align="center"|171.9° W | align="center"|105 km | | lign="center"|N | align="center"|11.8° S | align="center"|172.5° W | align="center"|39 km | | lign="center"|P | align="center"|12.3° S | align="center"|174.1° W | align="center"|31 km | | lign="center"|Q | align="center"|12.0° S | align="center"|175.7° W | align="center"|47 km | | lign="center"|R | align="center"|11.4° S | align="center"|175.2° W | align="center"|34 km | | lign="center"|T | align="center"|9.7° S | align="center"|174.0° W | align="center"|43 km | | lign="center"|U | align="center"|8.7° S | align="center"|175.5° W | align="center"|96 km |
