Alvin Lee

Alvin Lee is a guitarist who was famous throughout the 1960s for his work with the Jaybirds. Born in Nottingham, he began playing the guitar at the age of 13. At the age of 15 he began his band: Ten Years After. From these his career was embelished and developed to become one of the leading guitarists in the United Kingdom by the end of the sixties.
