Aligot

Aligot is a white grape used to make white wines in the Burgundy region of France. The grape is the second most popular variety grown in Burgundy after Chardonnay, though lies a long way behind in terms of planted area. Traditionally, the cocktail kir is made by adding cassis to an Aligot white wine.
