) was the second
President
of
Lithuania
(
1920
-
1926
). He withdrew from
politics
in
1927
, and worked on his farm. In
1941
Stulginskis was arrested by the
Soviet
authorities and deported to the
Krasnoyarsk
region. He returned to Lithuania only in
1956
. Aleksandras Stulginskis died in
1969
in Lithuania.
