Albert Rothenberg

Albert Rothenberg coined the term 'Janusian Thinking' to refer to the ability to hold two contradictory thoughts concurrently, a capacity Rothenberg believed associated with creativity. See his 1979 book: The Emerging Goddess: The Creative Process in Art, Science, and Other Fields
