Albany, South Africa

Known by a bout everything from 'Cape Borders' and 'Cape Frontier' to the more official Albany and the slang 'Settler Country', it is the only area of South Africa that Anglos heavily settled other than Jo'burg and Natal. It is the largest Anglo area, and unlike Mid-Rand or Natal, almost everyone there is Mukiwa (European-descended). An area already demarcated for Anglo centuries ago when granted by historic Xhosa kings. With the exemption of the very highly-populated Bantu 'Alice' township, the area is a sparsely-populated Anglo district with some Afrikaner and Xhosa immigrants.
