Advanced Authoring Format

The Advanced Authoring Format (AAF) is a widely used industry standard for high-end exchange of video project data. AAF keeps most of the editing data in its format, such as commonly used transitions (such as cross dissolves and wipes), but does not support filters or audio fade and pan information. Adobe Premiere Pro supports this format.
