Yumiko Kobayashi (小林由美子 Kobayashi Yumiko, born June 18, 1979) is a seiyū who was born in Chiba. She forms one half of the Excel Saga seiyū duo The Excel Girls, the other half being fellow seiyū Mikako Takahashi.
