Windsor

Windsor (usually pronunced 'winzer', but the d may be included) is a small town in Berkshire on the south-western outskirts of London. See Windsor, Berkshire. See also Windsor Castle. Windsor was adopted as the name of the British Royal House and Family during World War I (See House of Windsor). Windsor is also the name of several places in British-settled countries: It is also a part of the names of: Windsor was the name of a skyscraper in Madrid which was destroyed in a fire in 2005.
