William H. Sullivan

William Healy Sullivan (b. 1922) was born in Rhode Island. He was a career Foreign Service officer. He would become U.S. Ambassador to Laos in 1964, the Philippines in 1973, and Iran from 1977 to 1979. Sullivan, William H.
