Wetwang

This is about the Yorkshire village. For the location in Lord of the Rings see Nindalf. Wetwang is the name of a village in the Yorkshire Wolds in England. It is most famous for its Iron Age chariot burial cemetery and its black swans. Its name often attracts mirth, especially from Richard Whiteley of the Channel 4 quiz show Countdown, who holds the honorary title Mayor of Wetwang. In the book The Meaning of Liff by Douglas Adams and John Lloyd, the word Wetwang is defined as "a moist penis".
