Walter Kwok

The three Kwok brothers inherited Hong Kong's giant real estate developer Sun Hung Kai Properties in 1990 following their father Kwok Tak Seng's death. Under their leadership, company branched out into cellular phone service under SmarTone name. They also control the Kowloon Motor Bus Company, a large bus operator in Hong Kong. SARS slowed property sales and bus usage in the first half of 2003, but brothers are betting Hong Kong's economy will continue to recover.
