Vibrio Harveyi

Vibrio harveyi is a species of marine bioluminescent vibrio species almost ecologically identical to Vibrio fischeri. See that article for a more in detail analysis of its role in the environment and in symbiosis with marine life. V. harveyi may be a more common cause of luminous vibriosis in commercially farmed marine invertebrates.
