Userland Software

UserLand Software is a US software company founded by Dave Winer, who co-developed the XML-RPC protocol with Microsoft in 1995. UserLand sells Web content management and blogging software packages and services. Userland Manila, a publishing system based on the company's earlier product, Frontier, can host large weblog communities and discussion groups. Radio Userland is a client-side weblog system. Both products offer RSS syndication and aggregation.
