Tupolev I-12

The Tupolev I-12 (Development name ANT-23) was a prototype Soviet fighter aircraft that never reached production. The I-12 had a central nacelle with a pusher and a tractor engines, and very slender twin tail booms. It was armed with two recoilless 76mm cannon, incorporated in the hollow tail booms! Only a prototype was built. Two 525hp Gnome-Rhone 9AK engines. Development of 1931.
