Trade Fair

A trade fair (or trade show) is an exhibition organised so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their new products and services. Generally trade fairs can not be open to the public and can only be attended by company representatives (members of the trade) and members of the press. Examples of trade fairs are CeBIT and COMDEX (computer industry) and Photokina (photographic industry).
