Thom Mayne

Thom Mayne (b. January 19, 1944) is an architect in the United States who is widely recognized as a leader in the next generation of architects in "the Los Angeles School." He is the principal of the architectural firm Morphosis based in Santa Monica, California. In March 2005, it was announced that Mayne will receive the Pritzker Architecture Prize, considered the highest honor in the field.
