The Rhythm Hot Shots

The Rhythm Hot Shots are a Lindy Hop perfomance company from Sweden, founded in 1985. The founding members of the troupe are credited with the post-1984 Lindy Hop Revival. In the early 1980s some young Swedes travelled to Harlem, New York City, seeking surviving lindy era African American dancers. They discovered Al Minns and later Frankie Manning. The members of the company are respected dance instructors who teach swing, jazz and blues dancing. Their annual lindy hop dance camp hosted each year at Herrang, Sweden, attracts students and teachers from all over the world.
