The Big Boss

The Big Boss (《唐山大兄》 aka Fists of Fury in the U.S., not to be confused with Fist of Fury) was Bruce Lee's first major film. It tells the story of a Chinese man from Guangdong who goes to work as a labourer in Thailand and, on experiencing the fate of his fellow workers, takes a stand against the Big Boss of the title. The film was based on the true story of Cheng Chiu-on (鄭潮安) who fought the tyrants in Thailand. Cheng lived at the end of the 1800s and beginning of the 19th century.
