Teresa De Lauretis

Teresa de Lauretis is an Italian born author and Professor of the History of Consciousness at the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is the author of several books on semiotics, feminist theory, film theory, and literature, best known for her work in narratology, such as her book Alice Doesn't.
