Teddy Boy can refer to: 1. A youth culture that emerged in the United Kingdom during the early 1950s that was associated with United States rock and roll music of that period. Teddy Boy was an arcade game made by SEGA, which was later ported to the Sega Master System. Teddy Boy stars a young boy who is armed with a gun who has to go through mazes of monters.
