Tara ReidTara Reid (born November 8, 1975, Wyckoff, New Jersey) is an American actress and model who has starred in movies such as her breakout role in American Pie (1999) and Dr. T & the Women. In 2005, she played the lead in videogame adaptation Alone in the Dark. Filmography Biography Reid began her career at the age of six on a 1982 game show for children called Child's Play. As a child she had roles in a number of commercials for McDonald's, Crayola, and Jell-O. She grew up in New York City while attending the Professional Children's School alongside such celebrities as Ben Taylor, Jerry O'Connell, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Macaulay Culkin.
