Talley Abbey

Talley Abbey (Welsh: Abaty Talyllychau) is a former monastery of the Premonstratensians or White Canons, located in the village of Talley, Carmarthenshire, Wales, a few miles north of Llandeilo. Like Strata Florida Abbey, it is claimed as the resting-place of the poet, Dafydd ap Gwilym, but this is one of the discredited theories of Iolo Morganwg. The abbey is now in the care of Cadw.
