Tqm

As an English acronym, TQM stands for Total Quality Management. In Mexico, writers of informal letters commonly use TQM to stand for te quiero mucho which means: "I care about you very much". Note: Though a literal translation would go "I want you very much", the significance given in Spanish to the expression approximates more closely to the first translation than to the latter.
