South Africa
. It purported to ban
organizations
that supported
communism
, though it used a very loose definition that deemed anyone advocating
equality of races
a 'statutory communist'. It was one of the most ruthless acts laid upon the non-white majority of South Africa and was established as part of the regime of
Apartheid
.
