It has approximately 42,500 employees and in 2002 it was the fifth largest pulp and paper manufacturer in terms of revenue. In 2000 the company acquired U.S. company Consolidated Papers, Inc. In 2000 Stora Enso and AssiDomn formed a joint company, Billerud AB, to produce packaging paper. See also External links
