Stipe Pletikosa

Stipe Pletikosa (born January 8, 1979) is a Croatian football goalkeeper who, as of 2004, was playing for FC Shakhtar Donetsk. Pletikosa was the starting goalkeeper for Croatia at the 2002 World Cup. He was initially part of the squad for Euro 2004 as well, but obtained an injury prior to the tournament, meaning that Vladimir Vasilj had to take his place within the squad.
