Stephane Sednaoui

Stephane Sednaoui (born in Paris, France) is a photographer and director of music videos. Sednaoui achieved success as a fashion and advertising photographer before his photographs of entertainment celebrities brought him further attention in the early 1990s. Among his subjects were Kylie Minogue (with whom he had a relationship over several years), Bjrk, Claire Danes, Naomi Campbell, Liv Tyler, Courtney Love, Claudia Schiffer, Richard Pryor, Robert Mitchum and Billy Wilder. From the early 1990s he also directed music videos, including "Give it Away", "Breaking the Girl" and "Around the World" (Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Mysterious Ways" and "Discotheque" (U2), "Fever" (Madonna), "Today" (Smashing Pumpkins), "Big Time Sensuality" and "Possibly Maybe" (Bjrk), "7 Seconds" (Youssou N'Dour and Neneh Cherry), "Queer", "You Look So Fine" and "Milk" (Garbage), "Ironic" and "Thank U" (Alanis Morissette), "Lotus" (R.E.M.), "Sleep to Dream" and "Never Is A Promise" (Fiona Apple), "Falling in Love Again" (Eagle-Eye Cherry), "Summer Son" (Texas), "The Chemicals Between Us" (Bush), "Disco Science" and "I Can't Wait" (Mirwais) and "Dream On"(Depeche Mode). He is married to Laetitia Casta.
