St. Xavier High School

St. Xavier High School is a Jesuit Catholic high school located in Finneytown, a suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. St. Xavier High School, as well as Xavier University, is the successor to the old Athenaeum, "a literary institute" dedicated on October 17, 1831, under the patronage of St. Francis Xavier. It was founded by the first bishop of Cincinnati - Rev. Edward D. Fenwick, O.P.
