St. Edward's University

St. Edward's University is a small, private, Catholic university located in Austin, Texas. It was founded in 1885 by the Reverend Edward Sorin, superior general of the Congregation of Holy Cross. He was the same priest who founded the University of Notre Dame. The school offers a liberal arts education and focuses on ethics and critical thinking.
