Solomon Islands Dollar

The solomon island Dollar was introduced in 1975 to replace the Australian Dollar after independance. Although it is still in the commonwealth and still has the Queen on its coins. Over the 30 years and especially the civil war of 1999-2001, devaluation has taken its toll, with the Solomon doller equal to 20 Australian cents. Banknotes come in:
