Smarterchild is an AOL Instant Messenger Bot. He started out as a simple little program that one could have humorous conversations with. However, he was shut down. The bot was quickly revived as a pay service for people chat with. However, it is currently free. Conversations generally have a few rules - No Vulgarity - enough use of vulgarity will result in the conversation stopping until you apologize - No Chat About Sex or Sexuality - These topics are taboo in the world of Smarterchild, however, he can be tricked into saying various things about the nature (due to the programming of him, he will repeat phrases that appear cryptic to it for you to clarify). - No Chat About Crimes - He will respond to That's Not Cool. He has a cult following, and websites have been made to show some of the humorous exchanges one can have with this AIMBot.
