Simeon Baldwin

Simeon Baldwin (December 14, 1761-May 26, 1851) was the mayor of New Haven. He was born in Norwich, Connecticut, he became United States Representative from Connecticut at-large, 1803-05, state court judge in Connecticut, 1806-17, and mayor of New Haven, Connecticut, 1826. He died in New Haven, Connecticut, and was interred at Grove Street Cemetery. He was father of Roger Sherman Baldwin. Baldwin, Simeon Baldwin, Simeon
