Sevii Islands

The Sevii Islands is an area of the Pokmon world, introduced in Pokmon FireRed and Pokmon LeafGreen. There are nine islands in total, two of which are only accessible through promotions. On these islands, one can catch wild Johto Pokmon and four legendary Pokmon, all of which are not available in Pokmon Ruby and Pokmon Sapphire.

Islands 1-3

These islands are accessible after the player defeat the 7th gym leader, Blaine.

One Island

One Island (Knot Island) is the biggest island. It has the machine that enables the player to trade with Pokmon Ruby, Sapphire, and Colosseum, but it is required to get two items: the Ruby and the Sapphire, to activate it. Wild Slugma and Magcargo can be found here. It is also the new home of the legendary Pokmon, Moltres.

Two Island

Two Island (Boon Island) does not have much. It has a Move Maniac to teach the player's starter Pokmon a move, and a Game Corner where the player can play two mini-games via the Game Boy Advance Wireless Adapter. It also has a Move Tutor that teaches a unique Pokmon move to your best Pokmon. There is a old lady that lives at Cape Brink, at the Northern part of the island who will teach a Pokmon an extremely powerful move of its type. There is a stand on Two Island that will sell unique items that are not availible in Fire Red/Leaf Green as the game progresses.

Three Island

Three Island (Kin Island) has a biker gang called the Kanto Rider Federation that the player needs to defeat. After defeating them, the player can go to a forest, where there is a girl who lives on Two Island that is under attack by a Hypno. After saving the girl, you can play the mini-games on Two Island.

Islands 4-7

These islands are accessible after you defeat the Elite Four, get the National Pokdex, and get the Ruby from One Island.

Four Island

Four Island (Floe Island) has a breeding center and Icefall Cave, a frozen cave where you can get HM07, Waterfall, and rare Pokmon, such as Dewgong (also found at Seafoam Islands), Sneasel, Swinub, Delibird, and Lapras. Four Island is also the home of Lorelei and where the day-care center in the Sevii Islands is. Unlike the Kanto day-care center, this day-care center can have two Pokemon at the same time; proving a perfect oppertunity to do some Pokemon breeding.

Five Island

Five Island (Chrono Island) is very large. This island is home to the Team Rocket Warehouse, which you cannot access until you've been to Six and Seven Islands, a cave with a puzzle and many items, and a man who gives you an egg which hatches into Togepi.

Six Island

Six Island (Fortune Island) is another large island. It has a forest called Pattern Bush, which has lots of Pokmon trainers. The ruins have the Sapphire, which a Team Rocket scientist steals. There is also Altering Cave, which shifts catchable Pokmon depending on the Mystery Events.

Seven Island

Seven Island (Quest Island) is one of the major islands. It has Trainer Tower, which is unlike the Battle Tower of Ruby and Sapphire, and ruins known as Tanoby Ruins that have wild Unown inside. You have to do a puzzle first before you can capture them.

Islands 8-9

To get to these islands, the player needs items from special Nintendo promotions.

Navel Rock

To get to this island, you need a Mysticticket. Navel Rock has only one cave. However, inside there are two legendary Pokmon. This island is home to Ho-oh and Lugia, both at level 70.

Birth Island

To get to this island, you need an Auroraticket. Birth Island is shaped like a triangle, and on it there is a smaller triangle which the player can move around. Once the player moves it around, in a certain combination of directions, the triangle will turn red and a level 30 Deoxys will pop out and battle the player. It will be in attack form for FireRed and defense form for LeafGreen.
