Rudolf Brandt

Rudolf Brandt (June 2, 1909, Frankfurt (Oder) - June 2, 1948), was a Nazi war criminal. A lawyer by profession, Brandt was Personal Administrative Officer to the Reichsfiihrer SS, Heinrich Himmler, and a defendant in the Medical Trial. Since 1938, he was Himmlers personal consultant then Ministerial Councilor and Head of the Minister's Office in the Reich Ministry of the Interior. He was implicated in the Medical Trial then indicted for his involvement and coordination of the most of the involuntary experiments on concentration camp inmates. Rudolf Brandt was sentenced to death by American Military Tribunal No. I in August 1947. He was executed by hanging.
