RosengrdRosengrd is a typical Plattenbau district of Malm, Sweden's third largest city, and is often chosen to exemplify the infamous Swedish Million Programme's suburbs, like also Rinkeby in Stockholm and Ryd in Linkping. In Malm, Rosengrd belongs to a girdle of suburbs, of which the others are Holma, Kroksbck, Lindngen, and Lindeborg. These neighbourhoods are all quite similar: There is one or a few groups of high multi-storey apartment blocks, sometimes in clear colors, sometimes with raw concrete fascades, lots of 3-storey appartment buildings for tenants with somewhat more money. Schools, and often commercial centra, are signified by 1-storey blocks.
