Richard Dortch

Richard W. Dortch is a former president of the PTL Christian evangelical television network, affiliated with the Assemblies of God. In 1988, he was indicted on federal charges of fraud and conspiracy to divert millions in charitable donations for personal benefit, along with other executives of PTL. In a plea bargain, Dortch pled guilty to reduced charges and agreed to testify against Jim Bakker, the network's most prominent evangelist. Dortch, Richard
