Richard Caborn

The Right Honourable Richard Caborn (born October 6, 1943) is a British politician for the Labour Party, and member of Parliament for Sheffield Central. He was a Minister of State at the Department for Environment, Transport and the Regions from 1997 to 1999, then moved to be a Minister of State at the Department of Trade and Industry, until 2001.
