Ribagorza

Ribagorza is one of the historical Aragonese counties of Spain, corresponding with the present-day counties of Sobrarbe and Pallars. Its territory was the valleys of the rivers Esera, Isabena, and Noguera Ribagorzana. The historical capital was Benabarre. Currently, however, Barbastro has taken precedence as the main center of the area. Some notable towns in the area are:
