Regional Development Agency

Regional Development Agencies are Non-Departmental Public Bodies, sponsored by Central Government Departments, for the development of each of the UK's regions. They are particularly involved in site acquisitions towards securing the development, growth and regeneration of areas which are intense in brownfield land and / or require large-scale remediation, such as in the Thames Gateway
