Ralph 124 C 41+, by Hugo Gernsback (August 16, 1884 - August 19, 1967), is an early science fiction novel, written in 1911, which contains, besides the pun in the title, the first accurate description of radar, complete with diagram... according to Arthur C. Clarke in his 'non-genre' novel 'Glide Path' (1963).
