Pierre Svigny

Pierre Svigny, Officer of the Order of Canada (September 12, 1917 in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada-March 20, 2004 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) was a Canadian politician and war hero. He was Associate Defence Minister in the Progressive Conservative government of John Diefenbaker. He was involved in the Munsinger Affair in the 1960s.
