Pedro Miguel Pauleta

Pedro Miguel Pauleta, born Pedro Miguel Carreiro Resendes in Ponta Delgada, Azores, on 28 April 1973 and normally known simply as Pauleta, is a Portuguese football player. He is a striker who plays for French club Paris Saint-Germain and the Portuguese national team. He is the first Portuguese international never to have played in Portugal's top division. He has been one of the most prolific goal scorers in the Portuguese team. He's currently the second best scorer ever on the squad, only beaten by Eusbio.
