Peach GirlPeach Girl (ピーチガール Pīchi Gāru) is an anime and manga series by Miwa Ueda. The manga is published in Japan by Kodansha, and it is published in North America by TOKYOPOP. TOKYOPOP splits the manga, titling the first eight volumes as Peach Girl, and titling the other ten as Peach Girl: Change of Heart. Peach Girl won the Kodansha manga award in 1999. The anime is aired on television in Japan on TV Tokyo. The first eight volumes of Peach Girl were first released from left to right format, while the Change of Heart series and the re-release of the first eight volumes now read in the original right-to-left format. Peach Girl is about a girl named Momo, who is romantically split between two people, Kiley and Toji. Momo tans easily in the sun and most people assume she is a partier when she isn't. In Japan, tan skin is not viewed as pretty. "Momo" is one of the Japanese words for peach. External link
