Patrick Leclercq

Patrick Leclercq (born 1938) is the current Minister of State of Monaco. He was appointed on January 5, 2000, replacing Michel Lvque. Previously he served as French ambassador to Spain. Leclercq was born in Lille and graduated from Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA). He will step down on May 1, 2005 and will be replaced by Jean-Paul Proust.
