Jack Adams Awards
with these three different teams - Montreal (1989), Toronto (1993) and Boston (1998), having the distinction of being the only three time winner. He also coached for the
QMJHL
Hull Olympiques

AHL
Sherbrooke Canadiens
and played one season with the
London Knights
. He has been head coach of the Devils since

. Before his career in hockey, he was a
