Palmachim

Palmachim is a Kibbuz in Israel about ten kilometers southern of Tel Aviv at the Mediterranean Sea at 3154 ' northern latitude and 3442 ' eastern longitude. Palmachim was created in the year after the Israeli establishment of state (1948) by former underground fighters of the Palmach; therefore the name Palmachim was selected. Close ones of the Kibbuz are the ruins that antique city Yavne. Between Palmachim and the Mediterranean there is a rocket testing ground of the Israeli army and of Israel space Agency.
